(Pyongyang) The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) denounced upcoming joint South Korean and U.S. military excercises and said it would "wipe out" the countries with nuclear weapons if they threatened the communist state, its KCNA news agency reported on Sunday to the only person in North Korea who owns a TV set.
