Our favorite hot tempered ethically challenged former Congressman is set to embark on a tour to announce his candidacy for Governor this week. I'm glad he's ending the suspense. Many of us have been wondering if he's really running -- or just paying up on some debt he lost to one of his lawyer-lobbyist buddies at Hogan & Hartson.
